DSCOM 统协事务处(DSCOM-SCD)是由马来西亚法域僧伽长老会（DSCOM）授权的单位，负责监督和协调所有隶属于法域的组织。

SCD于2021年7月成立。  

经过几年的调整与优化，SCD 现专注于协调并整合DSCOM旗下的受惠组织。此外，它还负责集中管理、标准化和协调法域的政策、流程、实践及活动，以更有效地推广佛法并创造更大价值。  

SCD 还肩负着另一项重要使命，即规划未来发展，包括生态建设以及向其他国家的扩展。

DSCOM-SCD (Synchronization and Coordination Department) is a unit authorized by Dhamma Sangha Council of Malaysia (DSCOM) to oversee and coordinate all organizations under the umbrellla of Dhamma Earth.

It was formed in July 2021.

After some realignment throughout the years, SCD focuses on synergizing and integrating the beneficiary organizations under DSCOM. In addition, it also centralizes, standardizes, and coordinates policies, processes, practices, and events of Dhamma Earth to better propagate the Dhamma and create more value.

SCD also has another goal: planning future growth, including ecosystem development and expansion to other countries.
